About the role

As a Vistex Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business processes related to Distributor Rebates, Vendor Rebates, and Customer Rebates. Your expertise in Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our rebate management operations.

What you'll do

• Implement and configure Vistex modules, including Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to gather rebate-related requirements and translate them into effective Vistex solutions
• Support the end-to-end rebate process, including rebate agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, settlements, and validation of rebate claims
• Analyze and troubleshoot rebate-related issues and discrepancies, providing timely resolutions and continuous process improvements
• Monitor rebate performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of rebate programs and identify areas for improvement
