What you'll do

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules
• Design and configure - Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
• Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
• Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
