SD (Account Setup) at First Advantage Global Operating Center (GOC). A successful Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for reference, education, credential, and employment verification.

What you'll do

• A successful Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for reference, education, credential, and employment verification
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for verification processes
• Obtain and validate information via phone, email, and other channels
• Investigate and confirm reference credibility
• Respond to candidate and client queries

What you need

• 0–5 yrs of experience
• Voice process
• Class 12 or Diploma or Class 10 or MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
