SEAS - Technical Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting in daily IT operations.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Perform regular system backups, software updates, and antivirus management
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues
• Support user account setup and management in Active Directory/O365

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Networking
• ITIL
• Windows
• MS Office
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
