Secretarial Associate at Glomopay. Prepare agendas, notices, board and committee papers, and draft minutes for board meetings, EGMs and AGMs. Track action items through to closure.

What you'll do

• Prepare agendas, notices, board and committee papers, and draft minutes for board meetings, EGMs and AGMs. Track action items through to closure
• Maintain statutory registers and records under the Companies Act, 2013, and prepare and file MCA forms (MGT-7/7A, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC, MGT-14, PAS-3
• Support fundraising and share issuance: private placement documentation, allotments, share capital changes, and related filings
• Handle demat and depository compliance, including ISIN maintenance, corporate actions and coordination with RTAs and depositories
• Assist on FEMA and ODI compliance for overseas investments, such as FC-GPR, ODI filings and annual returns, and coordinate with AD banks
