About the role

The Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their Security Infrastructures and systems remain operational. Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, this role is able to restore service to clients.

What you'll do

• L2 Security Analyst with 5+ years exp
• Defined incident response processes based on detected threats
• Design the integration of DLP with incident response processes and workflows
• Use cases to be configured (Compliance & Security related)
• Create and configure network and Endpoint policies

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Incident response
• ITIL
• DLP
• Compliance
• B.Tech or B.E.

• Ticketing tools
