Security Engineer - MSP

About the role

Effectively manage trials/evaluations and proof of value of the platform at scale. Represent the email and collaboration security product at field events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars). Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly. This role has to be Mumbai based.

What you'll do

• Deliver product demonstrations for MSP/MSSP prospects
• Oversee technical implementation of solutions, providing hands-on support
• Establish and share best practices for solution implementation and troubleshooting
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for go-to-market strategies
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFEs/RFIs/RFPs/SOW
