About the role

This role is critical in taking informed decisions on New product introduction (NPI’s) and ensuring the timely availability of quality stock seeds and driving continuous improvement in seed production processes. Make a Difference as a Seed Production Research & Stock Seed Manager

What you'll do

• Make a Difference as a Seed Production Research & Stock Seed Manager
• Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing stock seed management and seed production research activities to support breeding, product development
• Work closely with Breeding, Production, Product Development, Quality control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure decision on NPI’s, reliable seed availability
• Lead and manage stock seed production, maintenance, inventory, and distribution activities
• Conduct production trials on NPI’s
