Segment Research Manager, Marketing & Lifecycle growth, India

About the role

This position will be responsible for developing research led consumer insights that will guide Amazon’s marketing and growth strategy in India. This role is expected to work with the marketing leadership team to evolve and drive the overall insights strategy for multiple categories/programs within India consumer business.

What you'll do

• Drive a prioritized roadmap of research programs (Qualitative & Quantitative) for the team in India
• Own end-to-end delivery in the execution of research programs and roadmap goals - including scoping with marketing leaders - influencing design, data collection
• Work closely with the new initiatives’ teams to get customer facing inputs and validations
• Design and execute large scale Internal customer tracking programs to measure the impact of various brand/category/new product initiatives on salience, consideration
• Own, manage and develop strategic relationships with external research agencies to drive the brand marketing research roadmap in a high quality and cost-efficient manner
