Senior Account Executive - Adtech

About the role

India is one of the largest app markets in the world and the largest market in RZR's INSEA territory. We are hiring one of our first dedicated in-market sellers in India to build new business across user acquisition, retargeting and CTV — and to shape how RZR goes to market with Indian advertisers and agencies.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with media agencies and their performance / programmatic units to win agency-led budgets, including CTV
• Build and maintain a tiered target account list using the INSEA account prioritization framework, and keep pipeline and forecast current in CRM
• Partner with Growth and Analytics to scope test plans, agree KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention) and launch new customers successfully
• Meet and exceed quarterly new business targets
• Track record of closing new logos and meeting or exceeding quota — with numbers to show it
