Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with timely analysis for decision-making. The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing and distribution accounting — including costing, inventory management, receivables/payables, and tax compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting process — general ledger, journal entries, trial balance, and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy in books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Manage vendor and customer accounts; ensure accurate & timely posting of all invoices and receipts
• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory valuations

What you need

• 7–8 yrs of experience
• GST
• TDS
• Tally
• Excel
• Statutory compliance
• ERP
• CA Intermediate or CMA or MBA or M.Com or B.Com
