Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

About the role

Accounts Payable – Sr. The Accounts Payable Sr. Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the organization's payables, including invoice review, PO matching, and payment processing, along with vendor account reconciliation and reporting. This role has a substantial understanding of accounts payable practices and applies that knowledge and skill set to complete a wide range of AP and general accounting tasks.

What you'll do

• Process a full range of accounts payable transactions, including three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Review, research, and resolve moderately complex invoice discrepancies, coding errors, and vendor disputes
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP subledger to the general ledger; investigate and resolve variances
• Maintain vendor master data, including W-9 collection, TIN verification, and setup/updates in the ERP system
• Support month-end close activities, including AP aging analysis and preparation of supporting schedules
