Senior Administrator - Citrix Server

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Citrix L2 Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting and administering enterprise Citrix environments. The role is responsible for managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, troubleshooting application and desktop delivery issues, monitoring Citrix infrastructure, managing user sessions and profiles, supporting image and application changes, and resolving incidents escalated by L1 teams.

What you'll do

• Citrix Platform Administration Administer and support enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments
• Manage and monitor Citrix components such as Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway/NetScaler, Virtual Delivery Agents (VDAs), Machine Catalogs
• Perform routine platform health checks and identify infrastructure issues proactively
• Support Citrix policies, application assignments, published applications, and virtual desktops
• Assist with Citrix component upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure changes. 2
