Provides operational and support-focused administration of VMware Workspace ONE UEM, handling day to day device management, user issues, and standard change requests in an enterprise environment
What you'll do
- Perform L2 support for Workspace ONE UEM\\\\r\\\
- Support device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment\\\\r\\\
- Manage iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, macOS devices\\\\r\\\
- Configure and maintain profiles, restrictions, and policies\\\\r\\\
- Troubleshoot enrollment failures, app install issues, and sync problems\\\\r\\\
What you need
