Senior Adviser - Closing & Reporting

About the role

You will deliver assigned accounting and reporting work, oversee close quality and deadlines within your scope, and lead agreed projects and improvements. Where assigned a small team, you will guide colleagues alongside your own responsibilities. Based in Gurugram, you will support global operations across time zones.

What you'll do

• Hands-on accounting and period-end close
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across assigned entities, taking accountability for overall close quality and timeliness within scope
• Prepare and post journals, accruals and adjustments in SAP and Tagetik, supported by evidence and independent approvals
• Maintain substantiated general ledger and balance sheet balances, resolving aged, unusual and intercompany differences and supporting timely settlement
• Deliver reliable balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements and variance analysis
