Senior AI Engineer (Voice Agent Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical AI Engineer to bridge gaps among Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems rather than just managing campaigns. You'll leverage modern AI coding platforms and no-code/low-code tools to rapidly build automations, internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and AI agents that accelerate our go-to-market efforts.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement
• Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
• Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions
• Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools
• Automate repetitive processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Git
