Senior Analyst — Commercial Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a strong Senior Analyst to join Takeda's GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A) organization in India. This role carries significant individual analytical ownership, bridging execution-level work with emerging stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Brand Analytics and Insight Generation
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned performance analytics workstreams, producing reports and dashboards that track brand KPIs — including patient shares, new starts
• Integrate and analyze diverse commercial data sources across markets — including real-world data (claims, EMR/EHR, lab data), specialty pharmacy data, sales data
• Develop and maintain business rules for processing raw patient-level data, leveraging a deep understanding of data nuances, commercial context
• Conduct advanced, self-directed exploratory data analysis (EDA) and opportunity prospecting — moving beyond basic pulls (counts, topline, segmentation
