Senior Analyst - Delivery

About the role

The Senior Analyst will work within a dynamic team gaining experience in (but not limited to) commercial real estate valuation, valuation methods, and data analysis. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and organization of commercial real estate data, which is to be used for valuation consulting services.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive internal valuation, including full data ingestion, draft creation, and final report generation
• Perform thorough external reviews, including Tick & Tie AE Model with TPA Report, new cycle setups on all platforms, source document reviews uploaded on AVI
• Execute and review extractions with hands-on experience, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Execute the workflows for VAS funds, handling both internal and external review engagements with precision and efficiency
• Manage periodic setup of work files including verifying and reviewing source data
