Senior Analyst, Enterprise Incident Management at Invesco. The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) supports the firm’s ability to identify, assess, manage, monitor and report risk events across Invesco.

What you'll do

• The role partners closely with Enterprise Risk colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution, continuous improvement
• Support and oversee the end-to-end incident management workflow, including review, quality assurance, and timely progression of reported incidents
• Maintain the ServiceNow data and supporting materials for the Business Unit Incident Coordinator (BUIC) process, including training resources, process documentation
• Monitor the incident management workflow to identify areas where risk events are delayed or stalled and support the ongoing review of the BUIC process
• Engage proactively with business stakeholders to guide effective use of EIM processes and tools
