About the role

Senior Analyst, HR Lakehouse / Medallion Engineer The Senior Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the HR2030 Medallion lakehouse, helping ensure reliable data ingestion, processing, and availability across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.

What you'll do

• Data-quality checks and reconciliation: Perform routine completeness, accuracy, duplication, and source-to-target reconciliation checks; log exceptions
• Service requests and maintenance: Manage the daily support queue, prioritize requests by business impact, and perform approved data reloads, backfills
• Upstream and downstream coordination: Work with source-system owners, engineering teams, and data-product consumers to resolve feed issues, schema changes
• Operational reporting and handovers: Maintain daily service-health updates, incident records, and shift handovers for India/US teams; track pipeline success
• Reliability and continuous improvement: Support root-cause analysis, implement approved corrective actions, automate repeatable checks
