About the role
The Senior Analyst–HR Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for HR Operations, shaping how HR services are designed, delivered, and continuously improved for employees and stakeholders across EMEA & UK.
What you'll do
- Lead the HR Operations strategy and roadmap across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions), aligned with HR and business priorities
- Drive large-scale HR Operations and transformation programs that improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Partner with HR leadership, HRBPs, COEs, and senior business stakeholders to shape service delivery models and influence decisions
- Define and govern HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead the evaluation, adoption, and optimization of HR technology and automation platforms (Workday, ServiceNow), partnering with IT and vendors
