About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives across HR Operations and Shared Services. The role requires strong billing governance expertise, stakeholder management, process automation, business communication and cross-functional collaboration. The position acts as a key enabler in delivering operational excellence, business continuity, process Automation, and organizational effectiveness.

What you'll do

  • Billing & Financial Governance
  • Manage monthly management billing processes and ensure timely receipt of payments
  • Coordinate with Business Line Heads and Regional Leaders to complete billing reviews and approvals
  • Resolve billing-related queries and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and financial controls
  • Monitor billing accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
