What you'll do

• Within this role you deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the Manufacturing, Quality and Operations Technology domain
• You support IT applications with a special focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems, such as Pas-X
• You are in charge of a number of ITIL defined processes such as service requests, change management, disaster recovery, life cycle, incident and problem management
• You manage external suppliers and contractors to secure project support and business continuity according to service level agreements
• Together with other Solution Architects you will define the technical design of the IT solutions and you contribute to process standardization and optimization

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• ITIL
• Documentation
• Vulnerability assessment
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
