About the role

Record on a daily basis the OTC and ETD products received by email Validation / quality check of the OTC products according to cut-off time Retrieve the proof of ownership of All products on a define scope according to cut-off time You participate to process review and tools enhancement projects You ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are correctly applied

What you'll do

• Record on a daily basis the OTC and ETD products received by email
• Help build high level of risk awareness by identifying proactively identifying anomalies in process & controls and alerting management about self-identified issues
• Reporting: ensure the reporting with all metrics & analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Participate actively in CI gems League
• Ensure the SOP are updated on a timely manner
