About the role
The MSU primarily focused role responsible for business governance, analytics, planning, reporting, and operational execution for the HoD. Along with EA tasks limited to essential coordination.
What you'll do
- Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, dashboards, and action tracking
- Maintain governance documents, metrics, risks, and decision logs
- Consolidate data; produce KPI reports and executive-ready presentations
- Perform trend/variance analysis and generate insights
- Support AOP, budgets, OKRs, and planning cycles
