Senior Analyst - Software Asset Management

About the role

Assist in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive SAM Framework for all software and SaaS applications across the organization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date software & contract inventory, ensuring data quality within SAM tools and CMDB systems. Track and manage software entitlements, usage, renewals, and compliance to prevent overspend and license violations.

What you'll do

• Assist in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive SAM Framework for all software and SaaS applications across the organization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date software & contract inventory, ensuring data quality within SAM tools and CMDB systems
• Track and manage software entitlements, usage, renewals, and compliance to prevent overspend and license violations
• Work with 3rd party SAM tools like Flexera, Nexthink to analyze software usage and prepare license position reports
• Support audits and compliance initiatives with accurate software inventory, license documentation
