About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Application Transition Manager to lead end-to-end planning, solutioning, and execution of complex, multi-service managed services, application development, and support/maintenance transitions. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, AI-powered modernization, and enterprise-scale program governance.
