Senior Associate, AP Statements & Reconciliation (2 FTEs – AIN) The Senior Associate, AP Statements & Reconciliation is responsible for executing the day-to-day vendor statement outreach, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution process.
What you'll do
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of vendor statements against SAP (ECC) subledger balances using the Xelix platform
- Review and action exceptions surfaced by Xelix: missing invoices, unapplied credits, duplicate postings, pricing variances, aged open items
