Senior Associate - Branch Operations

About the role

To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting superior service delivery for Trade /GBO/CMS/KYC products and using banking expertise to support Business. To act as senior resource in terms of knowledge expertise of different Products. To provide timely support to all business & external stakeholders and to manage their requirements, which should be in tandem with internal process & guidelines.

What you'll do

• Handle operations involving Trade Finance, GBO, KYC, CMS, Clearing with respect to Branch process
• Responsible for ensuring quick turn-around time and error-free processing of transactions
• Responsible for monitoring the Customer calls/queries and meeting the oversell customer expectation
• Performing daily reconciliation of the transactions handled during the day
• Performing daily reconciliation of internal suspense accounts

• B.Com or BMS or B.Sc or BA or BBA or MBA or M.Com
