• Be a key member of our back-office team, responsible for overseeing and executing critical processes
• Manage and oversee a team of associates, providing leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and accurate back-office operations
• Execute complex back-office processes, including data management, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, maintaining high standards of data integrity and security
• Collaborate with other departments to align back-office operations with business needs and strategies
