About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics & AI Engineer to support executives and business leaders by delivering advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and enterprise reporting solutions. As an Analytics & AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's analytics strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Connected Vehicle Operations.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytical applications
• Partner directly with executives and business leaders to define strategic metrics, reporting standards, and performance measurement frameworks
• Build and optimize Redshift-based analytical data models, semantic layers, and governed reporting datasets
• Create reusable Tableau data sources, certified datasets, and standardized KPI definitions
• Develop predictive analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting models, and AI-driven decision-support solutions using Python
