Senior Associate - HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehousing, recycling, or similar sectors . The candidate will be responsible for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial hiring for the Pune location.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial positions
• Manage volume hiring requirements for plant and operational manpower
• Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, local sourcing, social media
• Conduct effective Boolean searches and keyword-based sourcing to identify relevant candidates
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, salary, shift requirements, and job suitability
