What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders and managers to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives across assigned business units
• Act as a trusted HR advisor by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance concerns, and people-related matters
• Drive employee engagement initiatives by understanding employee sentiment, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment
• Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, training needs, and development opportunities for employees
