• This role supports end-to-end IC design and analytics, with a focus on translating business requirements into practical incentive plan solutions
• Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics: Support the development and implementation of IC plan design solutions aligned to business goals, field strategy
• Analytics & Insight Generation Analyze historical performance, payout distributions, and field data to identify trends, outliers

What you need

• 3–5 years in human resources & recruiting
• Financial modelling
• Machine learning
• Any graduate
