What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across operational teams to understand workflows, identify team-specific and intersectional opportunities for improvement
• Bridge the gap between the business and technology to effectively execute on stakeholder-driven system enhancements from documenting requirements through testing to…
• Help to design, document and execute User Acceptance Test plans to validate enhancements as well as periodic regression testing to validate end-to-end business…
• Help to standardize processes and increase adoption through change management efforts, including by creating clear documentation for workflows, SOPs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document key data related to their processes

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Power Automate
• Salesforce
• Test cases
• Regression testing
• Documentation
• B.Sc or B.Com
