What you'll do

  • Independently Structuring/ Drafting/Vetting/ Negotiating documents relating to real estate, Acquisitions etc
  • Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Agreement for Sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed
  • Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating of various Agreements/Contracts with Service Providers, Contractors, Legal Notices as well as reply to Legal notices etc
  • Senior Position will have to handle a team and clients independently
