Senior Associate - Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to support the Sales and Business Development function across day-to-day operational, administrative, documentation, coordination, and research activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal departments to support the Sales team in progressing client and prospect requirements
• Document and coordinate responses across departments, ensuring that information requested by prospects or clients is consolidated and shared within agreed timelines
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities
• Maintain organized records of sales-related documents, client information, proposals, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence
• Maintain standard templates and documentation required by the Sales team
