Senior Audit Executive-COE & Analytics

About the role

The Senior Internal Audit Manager, based out of Mumbai, will be responsible for driving the Quality Assurance and Audit Governance function for the Internal Audit Department.

What you'll do

• Administer the bank’s annual audit plan and ensure timely execution
• Lead and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of Internal Audit and Concurrent Audit reports to ensure adherence to Internal Audit methodology
• Drive the preparation and presentation of Board and Committee decks including Internal Audit & Compliance Committee (IACC), Audit Committee of the Board (ACB)
• Review, approve, and provide oversight on engagement documentation including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Engagement Letters (EL)
• Drive accountability across stakeholders for timely closure of audit observations and ensure effective remediation through structured follow-up and escalation
