What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end administration of all new and existing employee benefits and leave programs, including complex cases and escalated issues
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship on benefits and leave administration, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional nuances
• Serve as an escalation point and primary contact for employee inquiries
• Monitor, interpret, and advise on changes in benefits and leave regulations to drive necessary process adjustments and ensure proactive compliance
• Drive initiatives to review and optimize operational practices, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, reviewing potentially fraudulent claims
