About the role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specializing in Electrical and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems . The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating BIM models for MEP services while ensuring compliance with project standards, BIM workflows, Level of Development (LOD), and client requirements.
What you'll do
- Utilize Autodesk Revit to create accurate and detailed 3D models
- Interpret design inputs, drawings, and project documentation
- Generate Combined Services Drawings (CSDs)
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage or similar tools
- Extract drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
What you need
- 5–7 yrs of experience
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- HVAC
- MEP
- Power systems
- Plumbing
- B.Tech or B.E. or ITI or Diploma
