Senior Business Analyst , AVP

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst within Group Payments, you will play a key role in delivering a range of payment initiatives and transformation programs across ANZ. Working closely with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions are aligned to customer and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business requirements for payment-related initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions to capture business needs and define desired outcomes
• Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work items
• Drive continuous improvement through active participation in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities
• Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritised, and aligned to agreed scope and business objectives
