Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

About the role

Act as a product owner for the business processes and be responsible for the communication and cooperation between business and IT development teams; Model the requirements into user stories (work items for development team) with the appropriate set of artefacts.

What you'll do

• Act as a functional expert to collect, challenge and agree on business requirements for digitalizing business processes
• Translate business requirements/processes into functional specifications and give detailed judgement on business complexity to promote simplification
• Responsible for the communication and cooperation between business and IT development teams
• Write and maintain best practice documentation and train administrators and key users
• Ensure level 2 support during transition life cycle (deployment) and level 3 support during operational life cycle

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Wireframing
• BBA or MBA
