Senior Business Development Representative (NA) - BD 19991

About the role

As part of Whatfix's Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation conversations with strategic enterprise organizations across the US market. This is a pure outbound-focused role targeting named strategic accounts, where you will identify, engage, and nurture high-value prospects, helping them navigate the complexities of AI adoption and enterprise application transformation.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for breaking into named strategic accounts, mapping key stakeholders, and initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers such as Heads of IT
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers
• Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)
• Generate meetings with right ICP & decision makers by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Collaborate closely with Sales to discover qualified opportunities from cold prospects with your set of accounts
