Senior Associate – HR Data Analytics

About the role

The Senior Associate – HR Data Analytics supports Amgen’s mission to serve patients by providing actionable workforce insights that enable data-driven decisions across Global Human Resources. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports that improve the effectiveness of people programs and organizational outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, hiring, mobility) using Power BI , Workday , and Visier
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze workforce data , identify trends, and generate insights that inform talent, DE&I, and workforce planning strategies
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency and integrity across HR systems and reports
• Support predictive analytics initiatives (e.g., attrition risk modeling, engagement analysis, workforce forecasting)
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to enhance data governance, reporting processes, and automation
