Senior CAD Design - Shop Detailer (Steel Structures)

About the role

WSP is currently seeking a Sr. CAD Designer - Strctures for AU Mining infrastructure , Who shall be responsible creation and editing of drawings in compliance with WSP CAD Standards and detailing practices as well as producing high quality output using Autodesk Advance steel software. The position is for BENGALURU/MUMBAI location.

What you'll do

• Responsible for Preparation of drawings including conceptual sketches and detailed construction drawings for structure using Autodesk Advance Steel software or Bentley…
• Prepare structural drawings that involve piling layouts and schedules, structural concrete drawings with rebar details, structural steel drawings
• Develop 3D models and extract 2D drawings from 3D models
• Perform review of engineering drawings, as per markups made by the Checkers. Verify to ensure drawing modifications are accurately and correctly carried out
• Reporting progress of work assignment, including risks or concerns, to line manager. Understands the project schedule
