About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive student acquisition through offline sales, institutional partnerships, and BTL marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, relationship building, and community engagement while consistently achieving monthly enrollment targets.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational partners
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and institutional stakeholders to organize seminars, workshops, and other BTL engagement activities
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, referral networks, and local agents to drive admissions
- Conduct parent meetings and home visits to address queries and support informed decision-making
