Senior Client Service Executive

About the role

As a Senior Client Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Delivery_Dental_Ops Management_Ops Management department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage outbound calls to insurance companies, ensuring timely claim status updates and eligibility verifications. You will also be responsible for denial documentation, working on outstanding claims reports, and maintaining effective communication with insurance carriers.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in our Delivery_Dental_Ops Management_Ops Management department
• Also be responsible for denial documentation, working on outstanding claims reports, and maintaining effective communication with insurance carriers
• Handle denial documentation and take necessary actions for claim resolution
• Call insurance carriers based on client appointments to update claim status
• Work on outstanding claims reports and account receivable reports provided by clients or generated through client software
