Senior Client Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Since 1981, we have helped leading companies transform their learning ecosystems while increasing the business value of learning. We are looking for a proactive Sr. Client Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard clients for learning and development (L&D) solutions. This role focuses on building a strong client pipeline for training programs, digital learning, and capability-building initiatives.

What you'll do

• Identify and source potential clients (corporates, institutions, startups) requiring learning delivery services
• Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for training and L&D solutions
• Understand client needs and align them with relevant learning offerings (e.g., leadership training, upskilling, e-learning)
• Collaborate with internal learning delivery and instructional design teams to create tailored proposals
