About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CMS Manager with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead end-to-end digital content operations across enterprise websites and digital platforms. This role combines hands-on AEM authoring experience with operational leadership, governance, publishing management, stakeholder coordination, and team mentorship.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day content operations across AEM-managed websites and digital platforms
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee content publishing activities across multiple markets, brands, and languages
• Manage content delivery timelines and coordinate publishing schedules with cross-functional teams
• Authoring Standards & Governance
• Define and maintain authoring standards, content governance processes, and editorial workflows
