What you'll do

• Provide commercial leadership, guidance and advice to support the delivery teams in all aspects of commercial and contract issues across the entire lifecycle of our data…
• Negotiate complex contracts, both domestically and internationally, including the development and management of all contractual documentation
• Lead the commercial development reporting and administration function for the region, ensuring a high level of governance and accuracy to stakeholders
• Support management team with procurement and contract strategies for existing and new hyperscale developments in India
• Lead customer contracts review during pre-flight and develop risk management strategy to manage any upstream/downstream gaps
